Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to maintain an internal record of communications with prospective and existing clients. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Third Parties
Website content and contact inquiries are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database provided by Neon. Where email notifications are configured, an outbound mail provider is used to deliver notifications of new inquiries. Neither party is authorised to use this data for any purpose other than providing the underlying infrastructure service.
4. The Survey Platform
This website provides a link to a separately operated field-survey platform intended for authorised project teams. That platform maintains its own login, accounts and data handling, independent of this website. This privacy policy does not cover the survey platform.
